Catalyst labs are spaces specifically set up for a site, destination, organisation, project or group dedicated to transformative visitor management.

It can for example be used to invite broad based local collaboration in strategy development or implementation.

Catalyst labs can be open, private, secret, free or gated behind a paywall - whatever is considered most appropriate.

Project labs are spaces specifically set up for a group or project. It has for example been applied in projects where site management representatives from different sites are coming together in collaborative projects.
